In nearby Chandler, the all-ages NFL Play Football Family Festival is set for the Saturday before the Super Bowl at Hamilton High School’s athletic fields. The free event begins at 10 a.m. on Feb. 11 and features several sports activities, including skills instruction and drills for youth football players.

Kids will also be able to try on NFL equipment. In addition, current and former NFL stars will be on hand to help with the drills and interact with fans.

The NFL Player’s Choir will also perform. The group’s members are active and retired NFL Players, including Cam Newton, Bryan Scott, Nick Roach, Tully Bunta-Cain, Michael Gaines, Leonard Weaver, Willie Yarborough, and choir director Demarcus Williams. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m., and fans can buy tickets from the Mesa Arts Center.
