Arizona Cardinals Vs. LA Rams Playoff Odds — NFL Wild Card

The Arizona Cardinals have known for the better part of a month that they would be in the playoffs, and now they know who they will meet in the first round next weekend. It’s a familiar foe, too.

The Cardinals (11-6 SU, 10-7 ATS) will hit the road for the wildcard round and face the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium. The NFC West rivals will meet Monday night at 6:15 p.m. MT.

The Rams (12-5 SU, 8-9 ATS) opened as a 3-point favorite on FanDuel early Sunday evening and quickly got bet up to 3.5. The total was set at 50.

Despite losing their regular-season finale to the Seattle Seahawks earlier Sunday and cementing their status as a wildcard, the Cardinals likely will head to LA with confidence. They beat the Rams 37-20 on the road in Week 4 of the regular season.

The Rams won the rematch 30-23 in Arizona in Week 14, but Arizona has been great on the road all season. The Cardinals went 8-1 SU and 8-1 ATS away from home.

Arizona Cardinals Playoff History

Cardinals fans have had to wait five long seasons for another chance to watch their team in the playoffs.

They last qualified for the playoffs in the 2015 season when they defeated the Green Bay Packers in overtime in the divisional round and then lost to the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship Game. Carolina also defeated Arizona in the Wild Card round of the 2014 season.

The crown jewel of Cardinals playoff history, of course, came in the 2008 season when they won the Super Bowl. They got back to the postseason the following year when they beat the Packers in the Wild Card round and lost to the New Orleans Saints the following week.
