The 11th sportsbook partnership has been announced exactly one month from the launch date of Arizona sports betting.
The latest partnership is between BlueBet and the Colorado River Indian Tribes’ BlueWater Resort and Casino to offer bettors the opportunity to use its new online sportsbook app.
Other newly announced partnerships in the state includes a partnership between BetMGM and the Arizona Cardinals and Gila River Hotels and Casinos. As well as TwinSpires partnership with Tonto Apache Tribe’s Mazatzal Hotel and Casino in Payson.
The BlueBet Sports Betting Partnership
By partnering with the Colorado River Indian Tribes and Blue Water Resort and Casino in Parker, BlueBet has been able to apply for a sportsbook license. The official list of sportsbooks granted licenses in the state is expected to be announced in late August.
The 10-year agreement designates CRIT and BlueWater Resort and Casino as the exclusive partner of BlueBet. BlueBet’s new online sportsbook is accessible through a mobile phone as well as through its website.
“We’re very excited to be announcing this agreement within two months of BlueBet’s IPO. We see Arizona as a fantastic next step for BlueBet in the US. The opportunity is particularly advantageous because Arizona is such an unpenetrated market, with no existing operators despite it being a state of sports fanatics,” commented BlueBet’s Chief Executive Officer, Bill Richmond.
BlueBet Sportsbook
BlueBet sportsbook is looking to operate in Virginia, Colorado, Tennessee, and Maryland as well, which could give it access to over 27 million people.
The sportsbook first launched in Australia and offers bets on over 31 different sports. BlueBet also offers same game multi bets and same race multi bets.
BlueWater Resort And Casino
Located in Parker, Arizona, which sits on the Colorado River, BlueWater Resort and Casino is owned by the Colorado River Indian Tribes. The resort and casino have been in operation since 1999 and include 30,000 square feet of gaming complete with more than 450 slot machines and keno games, and nine gaming tables.
