Arizona Cardinals Vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Game Odds: NFL Betting Week 3

The Arizona Cardinals are one of seven teams in the NFL to be undefeated going into week 3. The Cardinals will be traveling to Jacksonville to take on the 0-2 Jaguars on Sunday. Sports betting apps have Arizona as the clear favorite in this game and the team should have no trouble dominating the Jags.

Cardinals Game Preview (2-0)

Thanks to the Minnesota Vikings missing a 37-yard field goal with four seconds left in the game, the Arizona Cardinals walked away with a win last Sunday. Kyler Murray continues to be on fire, throwing for 400 yards, including three touchdowns. Murray did have two interceptions but still put on a terrific show with one rushing touchdown. He had some help from rookie Rondale Moore, who had 114 receiving yards and one touchdown. Kicker Matt Prater impressed the home crowd with a 63-yard field goal.

The offensive line will need to step up and protect Kyler Murray against the Jaguars. Murray was sacked three times last Sunday. If the offensive line can give Murray the time he needs, the Cardinals can rely on a passing game. Because we all know Murray has the arm for it and the team is stacked with top wide receivers.

On the other side of the ball, things were pretty quiet compared to week 1 against the Titans. The defense allowed the Vikings to rack up 419 yards, with only one sack by Markus Golden. Chandler Jones, J.J. Watt, and the rest of the defense will need to be more aggressive against the Jaguars, putting pressure on quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

Jaguars Game Preview (0-2)

The Jacksonville Jaguars are off to a rocky start. All eyes are on rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence. And so far, he has failed to produce. He threw for only 118 yards including one touchdown and two interceptions against the Jaguars’ loss to Denver last Sunday. The team’s running backs have also failed to produce impressive numbers, with running backs like James Robinson and Carlos Hyde putting up less than 50 rushing yards.

With a first-year quarterback and a new coach who has never coached in the NFL before, things are not looking good for the Jaguars. The Jaguars will have to come out playing their best football all game if they want to beat the dynamic Arizona Cardinals.

Kyler Murray’s MVP Odds Keep Increasing

Kyler Murray’s performance is not going unnoticed. BetMGM has Murray at +650 to win the MVP, right behind Patrick Mahomes at +600 and in front of Tom Brady at +700. Murray started off the season at +2500.

The Cardinals Super Bowl odds are also increasing with each win. DraftKings had the Cardinals at +4500 before week 1. The Cardinals were at +3500 starting week 2. The best odds are by BetMGM, with the Cardinals at +1100 to win the Super Bowl.
